M5 CP - Photo Retouching (Part 2)

For my restoration and retouching choice, I went with this portrait of my grandfather. I removed the creases and spots using the spot healing brush tool and altered the coloring using the select/mask feature and used adjustment layers/layers to work in sections with color balance. I also used the curves tool to darken the image before I even started removing the creases and spots which made a significant improvement in the contrast. I followed the directions from the Photoshop Effects article to achieve this outcome. I played around with the color balance and luminosity to try and find the most natural looking color balance.
